  • Advice - child arrangement order

    Hi,

please can anyone advise me on this?

To cut a long shory short I broke up with my ex just over 2 years ago, we have a child, it was an abusive relationship, I had to leave the family home due to his ways.

I feel he is using my 5 year old daughter as a tool, he calls me names to her “mummy is evil” “mummy doesn’t want family” “mummy likes lots of men” all because I left him.

He has introduced my daughter to 6 women since we have broken up, I’ve told him this is unacceptable but he says this is none of my business, I don’t care what he does but I do care about the damage and confusion this will cause on my child.
he conceals her whereabouts when he has her and leaves her with these women (hard to prove) my daughter tells me this.
Again he says it’s none of my business where my daughter is when he has her.

I have decided enough is enough and I want to represent myself in court, I’m worried as he has a lot of money and will get fancy solicitors etc.

Do I have any rights? Does my case hold weight? I don’t want to come across worse off.
I just want him to be a good dad and for this to stop. I don’t want to stop access I just want him to be more mindful and respectful however I know he will never respect my wishes.

    any advice please?

    HI KATIE3434

There's quite a bit of information on Parental Alienation, help dealing with it, etc.
