  • Transfer of Equity

At the moment I am on a mortgage with an ex-partner who has continued to live in the same property for the last 10 years whilst I’ve not been there.

To cut a long story short, both her and her now husband allowed the mortgage to fall into arrears, leading to the builders (who put a second charge on at the time of buying that couldn’t be repaid when due) to obtain a court order for repossession of the property, which for now they are sitting on as my ex agreed to make minimum payments of about £100 a month to them.

I’m trying as hard as I can to find ways to get off this mortgage and end the hell I’ve been living with because of it, and wondered if anyone knows much about Transfwr of Equity and whether this could help get me of the mortgage and move forward with my life finally?

Of course there might be a lot of questions but if you need to ask them feel free and I’ll get the information as much as I can

Thank you, any help will be greatly appreciated.
