Existing court order - travel arrangements but mother too sick to travel.

I have a court order in place for my child aged 5. It is about 3 years old. During the order I agreed (to end proceedings) to split travel every other weekend. It takes me about 4.5 hours on public transport.

I know am unwell. I suffer from hypermesis and vomit all day everyday. I’m medicated and on sick from work.

would a court be able to change this order so I did not have to travel while unwell? It was only agreed I would travel as I was the parent who moved. It’s now physically becoming harder.

I understand your question but I dont understand why the order would need amending. What would be the alternative to you traveling?
