Buying a house while going through a divorce

Hi
currently going through a separation/ divorce. I need to buy a house and wanted to know if there is something that can be done to stop my partner trying to claim anything.
she has agreed to sign anything.
we don’t currently own a hiu

You need to complete your divorce prior to purchase, especially if you did not have a prenuptial agreement
