Hello, we are looking for some info, help/advice on a refusal of becoming a temporary carer for a child.
We had an initial Viability Assessment and were refused.
When we asked to see the report it, was shocking what had been written.
Lies and manipulation of facts about us. Which can be proven.
Can a social worker and their manager be challenged about this under "the false and misleading information offence"??
