Hi,
My sister is going through a battle with social services at the moment. An event happened the other day and the social servers have no said they need to come and do a safety check under section 45/47.
Will the safety check be done and if deemed okay will the just continue with the PO?
I have had a look at what it means but could someone explain if this is a removal of the child please and if we should seek legals.
