Anyone been pressured by solicitors to take a divorce loan, or litigation loan to fund that solicitors fees in divorce? Or has the person you are divorcing taken out one of these. The loans are often secured on the joint assets, typically the family home, and interest is very high, but often the APR is not correct, as it doesn't account for fees charged by the solicitors for selling the loans. There are a lot of irregularities with these loans - putting together a group complaint, so reach out if you have been stung by one of these.
