Hi, I’m new here so please forgive me if this the wrong thread. My son has had mental health issue that out with ADHD at around 10 and has no evolved into Bipolar depression and bouts of schizophrenia and bad psychotic episodes. Over the past five years, drugs have also been a big problem. In 2019 he was shot twice in the chest over a small amount of weed. He’s 20 now and lives with us, his parents because he’s unable to work or remember to take his meds. I just found out via text messages that he has gay sex, likely with money involved with a much older man who’s apparently a fairy prominent doctor. Is there anything I can do? Is it lawful to abuse a boy who’s only 20 on paper and doesn’t really know what he’s doing?

Whether the sexual contact is an offence depends on whether your son has, or lacks, the capacity to consent.

Your son sound like he is a vulnerable adult, so is he under care of Social Services? If so, report your concerns to them. If not, try here...
