Spouse is somewhere. Not heard from him in almost 11 years. I am USN dependent he’s retired Ive received I’d cards over the years for he has not responded to the letters from DEeRS so now, I’m on Medicare, have permanent ID. Need divorce to go on with my life. Where he is is unknown. Will not respond to facebook, LinkedIn he bounces everywhere . Not even sure if he actually in Las Vegas, have no address. What do I do?
