  • Enforcement order hearing

    hello all.

I am a mother of 11 children seperated from a abusive marriage. The court has put a court order in place for the children to live with me due to his past.

Recently he has moved over the road from me with his partner and has now has informed me 2 of my children want to live with him against my wishes. He is a very manipulative man and feel the only reason he wants one of my children is because he is in a wheel chair and him living there would enable him to not have to work again due to the benefits my son has.

I have put in a enforcment order which is being held next week but would like to know is there anything i need to prep for, also am I able to bring other issues like he does not pay any maintenance, my son has been granted £30000 by the council to adapt the house for his needs, but he refuses the work due to owning half the house and he has brought the children back on 2 occasions where 2 of them have been hospitalised due to injuries and has not acted or even told me of the injuries.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.
