Can someone please confirm if the following is true and any other relevant terms or requirements that apply:
In order for a non-parent to be able to claim CMS/CSA payments from a non-resident parent, they need to be considered to be their day to day carer. This would require them, or a friend or family member, to live with them in the same house for a minimum of 104 nights per year.
