  • Forced into court action

After years of jumping through hoops and being treated like a fool, I have been forced into going down court route to gain access to my children but due to financial restrains I am having to self represent.

As I am based in Scotland I am required to submit an initial writ instead of the English C100 form.

Is there anyone who who can guide me in creating an initial writ or even have a copy of one that I can look at, to give me an idea of what I am doing?

    thanks

    Hi KennyM25,
I'm sorry most of us are England/Wales legalbeagles. There may be someone along but it may be a while. This may be of help: http://static1.1.sqspcdn.com/static/...4gihqntvzf4%3D
I am a qualified solicitor and am happy to try and assist informally, where needed.

Any posts I make on LegalBeagles are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as legal advice. Any practical advice I give is without liability. I do not represent people on the forum.

If in doubt you should always seek professional face to face legal advice.
