Hi, I am the victim of domestic abuse harassment and stalking from my husband.
In September this year my ex-pleaded guilty to it and was sentenced to 12 months suspended and 100hrs community service, 50hrs probation and a 3yr restraining order.
My life for past 4yrs has been a nightmare now he has applied for ex-parte Non-Molestation Order on 15th Dec which was served on the Monday night so went to get legal advice but due to Christmas holiday, no one can help as my court date is 3rd of Jan.
My ex probably knew this as he is very manipulative and always caused a fallout over Christmas.
I have years worth of evidence against his claims all being lies but am so worn out going through all this evidence, he has made 47 points most are linked in that I was vile and unsupportive of him, all false.
He did use my maiden name so maybe courts not linked the restraining order? he is saying he is the victim.. any advice?
I work a very busy job on very low wage in mental health and this case is draining me out and all over Christmas.
