i have a child arrangements order for my daughter which says that myself and my ex have to travel half of the distance each way to pick up/collect our daughter every other weekend.
We live 180 miles from my ex and unfortunately I have developed Fibromyalgia, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and have been diagnosed with severe Social Phobia so I have found it increasingly difficult to drive to the meeting point to the point where I believe it was dangerous and have now had to stop driving.
My ex is obviously not happy about this and is refusing to drive the distance himself.
I cannot go on the train due to my Anxiety and Fibromyalgia. This is diagnosed and medicated.
What will happen? I dont know really what to suggest.
