Hi all,
I got suspended on Wendsday for gross misconduct. I was shaking vending machine and got recorded on CCTV. I've got disciplinary hearing on Monday 10am.
My question is what options i have? If it possible can i put resignation before disciplinary hearing?
This is a letter from HR:
"I confirm that you are suspended on full pay pending an investigation and potential disciplinary hearing regarding allegations of gross misconduct made against you, namely there is evidence on CCTV footage of you shaking vending machine, removing the item from machine without making a payment and consuming the item, which are behaviours not in line with company values. This suspension is in an order to allow us to conduct further investigations impartially and fairly, and is in no way a form of disciplinary actions against you"
