Can someone please help me ? I have not been paid by my employer. Let me fill you in on a couple of things as it can get a bit confusing.
My Boss or Employer is also my client i work as a P.A and a Carer for him , Now he is government funded to pay for his care. In April this year i took two weeks off as i was unwell and he ended up in a Nursing Home receiving rest bite care. While i was away something has gone wrong as he does not want to see me nor does he want me to care for him anymore which is odd as prior to him being in there he was in tears as he feared he would lose me when i started up my own care business ( he was coming on board with me but he was getting another carer not me ) Now here goes i sent my Time sheet off to Cheshire Centre for Independant Living and a copy to Salvere these two companies deal with direct payments if the service user ( My Boss ) decides he does not want the full responsibility of a £31,000 pound budget (who wouldn't ) so these two companies deal with everything including payment of my wages. They are however still governed by Lcc and are told what to do. Now i was supposed to be paid on Friday the 28th of April usually it is the 1st of every month but 1st of May was a bank holiday so i get paid prior to the normal date of being paid. It didnt come into my Bank, i have asked for the reasons and no one is saying anything except for Salvere who told me Lcc have stopped payments from leaving the funding account why i do not know and i cannot seem to find any answers. My rent was due today, i have car payments to meet the company have immobilized my car, i cannot do any shopping so no food in the house now and my dog is chewing a plant pot in hunger, i cannot pay any bills gas electric anything and i am still no nearer to finding a solution or a reason why ?
