    Self cover

    I have been in my position at work for around 10 month now . As a part of my role if any of the other supervisors are off on holiday I must self cover.
    At the same time I have tried to book time off other supervisors are able to book days off in December as holidays effectively blooming me booking that time off . Is there anything I can do here ?

        I am sorry but not sure I understand the issue. Is it that you are a supervisor and that you cover other supervisors when they are on holiday? Are you trying to book holiday for Dec and not being able to? If so what rules does your company have for booking holiday is it first come first served and the dates you are trying to book have already been taken by another supervisor?
