  • do i have any legal rights after working for 7 months

do i have any legal rights after working for 7 months i have worked as a security for 7 months
soing 50 hours a weeek for some reason the managers have decided they want some one else
even though I have made a difference to the store. My company are saying I have to work different days and never getting a day off at the weekend to try to be a normal family. also what can claim for if you claim for unfair deductions from wages they do this to my holidays were they pay average hours worked they also deduct wages for days and given no reason. I have complained but they say it is in my contract which I never signed because it was unlawful to deduct from peoples wages and it was so bad.
but i know you can only claim for the last 3 months as it is. help please in this situation again I can't believe it.

Re: do i have any legal rights after working for 7 months

For an employer to deduct money there has to be consent in writing from the employee. If there is a series of deductions you can go back more than 3 months.

You have rights under the working time regulations to maximum working hours and rest periods

mignt be an Idea to raise a grievance, you can mention thto tract but make the point that you have not signed it.
