  • Misconduct in Public Office

After a lot of thought I decided to file an official complaint regarding the judge at my tribunal for 'Misconduct in Public Office'. A judge is supposed to be neutral but the judge in my tribunal clearly favoured the other side eg he drew inference from answers that were not given to questions that were not asked, he made untrue statements concerning me, he said i made certain admission which I had not; all of which benefited the respondent's case. That's just the tip of he iceberg.

I have a few weeks left to get it in and will let you know if it gets anywhere.

Complaint accepted by the President of Employment Tribunals. Has now been passed on to a Regional Judge for investigation.
