Hi,
I recently agreed an out of court settlement with my former employer, and I wonder how that sits with the government, regarding the benefits I have received during the time I spent making my claim.
The figure I have settled for is less than the cap for savings you are allowed to claim benefits with.
Will the government try to claw back any money from me? Obviously this will affect the amount of money I receive, which I'd rather avoid.
