Hello!
I was ordered to submit covert recordings to ET at a Preliminary Hearing. Unlike the Respondent I have willing submitted everything on time and have been very cooperative.
As a result of this the Respondent, eventually, stated in their ET3 that I had "gone AWOL" from my employer. Not so.
However, after hearing the covert recording is now requesting a "minor amendment" saying that I was asked to leave because of my behaviour - which is outrageous!
I had appealing against a grievance about my manager's behaviour, objected to the company forcing me to have an appraisal and contacted ACAS that morning as I was, clearly, petrified and, as soon as it was clear that the manager was using the appraisal as a weapon it was him that he told me to leave saying he would pay me for the rest of the day. I had stated I was happy to continue to work, sadly it is not clear from the tape.
I complained about him again two days later and the company has point blank refused to investigate this and continues to refuse to supply any evidence.
Can I object? If I can, on what grounds?
Many thanks for any assistance you can give...
