Hi,
I was made redundant last year, quite unfairly, in my opinion. It looks to me as if I am not going to get any justice through the court and tribunal system, so I had the idea of starting a petition, ostensibly against the whole court process and how things are handled there, but really it would also be against my former employer. What are the chances of me not getting either a) my case thrown out of court, or b) countersued by my former employer?
I have left out all of the important information to do with the case here on purpose, suffice to say I was made redundant unfairly and I have a disability (not that that makes a big difference, I just though I'd get it in there). My employer was a fairly large, multinational business.
Is there anyway I could word a petition in such a way so as to sufficiently shame my former employer, but not leave my self wide open to being sued myself?
I'd be interested to hear any of your thoughts on the matter...
Yours,
