I have a few questions regarding my rights as an employee.
The company i work for operates a policy of a grading system for employees. N1 grade for new starters upto N4 for lead operators and OM's (Ownership Maintenance Operators)
Each grade has a set rise as set out by company T&C's. With the introduction of the National Living wage, my company only saw fit to raise the wages of the N1 graded employees to comply with the said change. Should they have not reviewed everyone's salary at this time in line with there own T&C's of employment and grading system?
