Hello

I have been victim of constructive dismissal in past and been on lot of short term work - obviously trying to get permanent work

I went to one place within two months offered perm role but the firm went into liquidation so came close being in good spot again.

Obviously since then work been zero hour contracts - not been by choice - was told on phone by someone - you've not been in jobs long have you, seemed a bit rude - how is best way to handle next time - I said it's been lot of project based work and I would have stayed in roles if given opportunity

Personally I would simply remind prospective employers that short term ( and zero hour contract ) work options are an inherent part of the job market at the moment and are frustrating for you as although they show consistency in the willingness to maintain a work record, they all failed to provide a permanent option which is your sole target. Focus on how each job has developed your experience in not only the job market, but crystallised your commitment to finding a position where you can be of long term value to your employer.
