Hi Guys,
My first post here, just wanted some advice about where to turn next. I will summarise as short as possible.
Worked for a digital agency who began to lay people off - all in all terrible company. These staff members and others that left their positions were not getting paid their final wage so I decided to leave also. We all worked a month in advance (stupid I know) so I left on the day I was paid leaving me with one months salary owed to me.
This has not been disputed by my employer. We agreed verbally that they could pay it in installments due to financial problems. I have received only one fraction of the installment so I am still owed 1000 myself. As are about 8/9 other colleagues of mine.
Go down the ACAS route who couldn't find any solution. I then went past my deadline to take them to the small claims (I think it was small claims)
So what shall I do now? I feel they are abusing there situation and we are powerless in getting the money owed to us.
