I would like to ask if advise can be given with regards to a settlement agreement, I know I have asked many questions but I seem to hit a brick wall with them but I have one thing going around in my mind.
I was offered a settlement on 06/05/2016 without any negotiation it was forced upon me and my employment was terminated in less than 7 days on 13/05/2016, I still have not agreed to sign any document and they are just going to pay me what they have offered and I have no choice is there anything I can do about this, this is not a discipline matter it is an ill health matter, I would have left my employment in due course anyway but they have completely ended it very quickly
