  • Formal grievance

    Hi

I raised a grievance over 7 weeks ago and had still heard nothing. Another incident happened the other day which I immediately informed the grievance addressee about. He told me he is not handling it (he had 7 weeks to tell me and didnt) and I have to defer it to the manager that has has informally failed to resolve my issues (shoudnt he have notified that manager to take over?) He indicated it would be handled by both that manager and the managing director.

The managing director is where the buck stops. So if the outcome is unfavourable to me, disadvantages me how can I appeal?

But according to the handbook theres a different procedure for harrassment/bullying issues (that is what it is) and it entails the immediate involvement of the managing director so by doing so there is still no one to appeal to. I dont know which way to turn.

    Anyone help?

Just giving this a bump for you. I notice you have started threads on this issue before and it might be a good idea to just add to an old thread to save you having to tell the full story over again! I am sure someone will be along with some sound advice soon. Px
