Hi,
I am due to attend an employment tribunal on Friday. I have received a copy of the bundle of documents from the Respondent and it appears they have changed the statement on their ET3 from, quite significantly. Surely this is not allowed?
I just got the tribunal service to email me a copy of the ET3 they have on file, and it is markedly different from the one the respondent has included in their bundle.
It seems like a cynical ploy to me, and surely must be illegal?
