  • My boss won't pay me my wage, what can I do?

I have been working for the employer for over 6 months, I wasn't informed that I wouldn't get paid the previous months wage. I filled out a time sheet which is needed to be able to be paid, when it reached the end of month no money went in my account, I informed my employer and he informed me he never received my time sheet although I knew he received it. When I was last in work he informed me that I wont get paid until the next pay day, what can I do? What legal action do I take? I haven't been able to buy food and pay bills this month and getting seriously into debt.

Since this event the employer has started making my life at work hell by cutting my hours down to 2 days when I've asked for more hours and for full time work, I feel bullied in my work place and he never speaks to me directly. There are some things what feel a little dodgy about my employer such as making us change our contracts over 3 times since I've started. I don't want to loose my job because of this as I really need it, I really don't know what to do about the situation out of the fear of being fired. A lot of the other staff have expressed that they want to report him but we don't know how to approach this.

    Someone please help,

I'm afraid that there isn't any kind of process in place that can resolve the issue very quickly.
Unfortunately legal action could take months to produce a result.
