  • New documents during break

I went to an employment tribunal 4 weeks ago. Because it over ran, I have to go back this week. In the last few weeks my employer has written a few emails to me and has agreed to some of the things I wanted to put in place.

Can I ask for these documents to be included in the bundle upon the return to court.

Did they write 'without prejudice' somewhere in the emails?
Are the 'things' part of your claim? reasonable adjustments etc.

There is no without prejudice and one of the new documents is an updated list of reasonable adjustments.

Does any of the content of the emails have anything to do with the things being claimed by you at the Tribunal?
