  • hey guys. another question

I posted here a few days ago regarding my dismissal at work, i wad dismissed for some BS reasons
However i recently forced them to tell me why they got rid of me, they stated it was because i didnt fill out a dbs, meaning i was not CRB checked.. even though they never told me to fill it out..

Anyway! Heres my question, during the time a member of staff at any work is waiting for a crb check to come, or doesnt have one... do they have to be supervised when working with the public?
Because my work have dismissed me for not having a crb, yet during my time of work ive been working with young teenagers doing inductions (at a gym) and disabled adults too! So surely they are breaking the law and giving me unfair dismissal?? Ive been there 2 month
My CRB will be absolutely fine i know this but they wont let me fill out a dbs form now to rectify my position, do i have a case for citizens advice??
