Hi this is my first post on the forum.
I am looking some views on the sick pay schem where i work. It is a small employer around 40 they have a Company sick pay schem for staff and just statutory sick pay for what they call employees, they have different contracts. It seems discriminatory to me as both get sick. Any advice on the law regarding this matter would be appreciated.
