  • Pay discrepencies after maternity leave

Hi, i hope someone can help.

I have retured to work on the 2nd November after being off on Maternity leave.

I sent an initial email in January to respond to communication (i was told to email my boss and HR) to let them know when it would be starting and when i would be returning to work. I never recieved a confirmation letter to say that i would be returning to work on that date. I only realise this now that i have researched this on ACAS. I have just seen my wage slip for this month to find i am around £550 short and that they have paid me roughly 1 weeks - 10 days statutory maternity pay.

I am due to be paid last working day of November (Monday!)

I dont know where i stand with pay owed. I did everything i should of done but now im going to struggle to pay bills or for 2 children that i have to clothe and feed. Can i ask for the money to be paid as normal on Monday?

Thanks for any help recieved i would be greatful!
