Taking an employer to court in N. Ireland

Hi

I live in England and I have worked for a company based in N. Ireland
The yard I worked out of was in England but there office is in N. Ireland
I am think of ever taking them to an employment tribunal or a small claims court
But I am unsure what to do hear.
I have had a look at the tribunals first page https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribun...-you-can-claim And it say "If you’re in Northern Ireland
You’ll need to make a claim to the Office of Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal if you live in Northern Ireland"
As I don't live in N. Ireland and the yard I worked out of is not in N. Ireland I am unsure of what to do
