      I cannot see where this is going

      If management has allowed access to this system by another employee, be it that employee a manager or not,
      It has absolutely nothing to do with you on what company policy is involved or question a managers actions on company policy

      If this were your own personnel records then you would have cause for complaint, but not standard company operating procedures.

      You are not privilieged to the reasons why access has been granted to the system by another non management grade

      They make the decisions for you, that is why they are managers and if no statutory duty has been breached, you are questioning the authority of that manager

      Sorry for being blunt but it needed to be said for clarity

        There are lots of environments, sales for example, where the teams performance data, which could be said to be more sensitive, are posted on white boards for all to see.

        There is any number of reasons why a particular individual has a need to access the vehicle tracking data.
