Am I entitled to be paid?

Hi Guys,

Just after a bit of advice?

I started my new job at a prestige car dealer on the 28th September after leaving another prestige dealership. It became quite clear quite quickly that I had made a horrendous decision. Nobody wanted to talk to me or make any effort with me despite my best efforts. After two weeks it became unbearable plus I was offered alternative employment somewhere else. I left giving one days notice as per my contract. My question is am I entitled to have been paid for these two full weeks that I worked? today is supposed to be pay day and i have not been paid. I am due around £550 - £600.00. I have no idea what my rights are here?

I would really appreciate a little bit of advice or pointing in the right direction.

Yes you are entitled to be paid for thse hours worked under contract and statute.

This might have been a simple error as you were not employed long enough to be added to payroll

You need to give them a bell as to why you were not paid then update your thread with their response.

Hi guys. I emailed both the Head of Business and the HR Manager. I shall post on what happens.
