Hi, new to this forum so be gentle....
I am looking for some advice regarding probation period at work, I started a new job in January this year and received a contract stating that I have to work a 3 month probation period, during this time my pay would be much lower than everyone else (on average £100 - £120 a week after tax), I was informed (verbally) that at the of the probation I would be on full wages, yet when the 3 months were up I received a sheet of paper with a 12 month pay structure which only increased by £5 a week after 6 and 9 months and the other £100+ would be after 12 months.
Am I right in thinking that at the end of your probation they must pay full wages as you are now on a full contract (and yes I did pass my probation)..
