Re: have been given 5 days then i have been given 5 days then i have to leave my site

Trouble is I don't live in Chelmsford I live near Braintree so he is getting where i live wrong to Basildon is over a 60 mile round trip
in my old banger it would finish it off. Then to stratford over a 108 mile round trip and these roads can get very bad to Chelmsford
where i worked was 40 miles just over. My fuel bill would go up some and I bet it would only be a. £8.00 an hr job doesn't add up
moneywise I have said I will meet him tomorrow after an 11.00 am interview for a job just in braintree a lot better.

I'm with Bernie - the Manager does seem to be trying to assist you Halsaps. Whilst your Wife is important its worth taking the morning to meet and try to resolve a different position.

I had to accept this as we moving house to stay with my company : Will take this as a request to fulfil the F7 relief position at XXXX, guaranteed hours are 120 per month, but like I said I can get you the extra hours in XXXX if you want them and cover travel in line with the VSG travel policy. I am due to be contacted by Chester Pro Bono any day know

Ah, good, I also had a few chats with them, basically they got someone to ring me and take down all the details and asked questions, then a solicitor rang me and went through everything and then sent a summary email, they were very helpful. :thumb:

Re: have been given 5 days then i have been given 5 days then i have to leave my site

had a good session with the solicitor from Chester Pro Bono and the student who i gave my evidence to she said it should go to acas then ET if not resolved as proceduraly it was all other the place and some other reasons which i will remember when i get her letter.
but all very helpfull and i feel better for it and of course i would recommend them to anyone going through legal problems.
As as i will be moving house soon i will be going to acas to have a word in about 4-5 weeks hopefully.
She also mentioned substantive reasons she did explain this but can't remember what she said so will wait till the letter comes that she is sending that was her only worry,
