Well, she sent the above letter (included all the relevant dates names & dates e.t.c.). She still hasn't been paid and this lady from payroll is once again ignoring her calls and hasn't replied to her email.
Her site manager called yesterday, just to see if she would be taking anymore shifts this month. She copied him into the email, but he says he never received it, so she will send it to him again today.

We'll prepare a letter to write on Monday to give notice of action, but after that, we go to a tribunal?

They are a private care firm, but they are under contract from the council.

Just to upadate, she got a response in writing and an apology for the inconvenience caused. The money will be paid into her account tomorrow.
If it doesn't get paid this time, at least she has written correspondence to show that she is owed this money..
