  • I need to face facts. I'm been pushed out

So I'm having so many issues at work im the manager been here 14yrs 6 as manager. The last 2 have been the worst. Main facts are I have gone thru 2 disaplinarys I'm now in process of capability hearing outcome is to extend. But at the meeting I was told I never flagged up any so called train needs before my CIP was in place to which I was not signed off I also requested a copy of the visit reports wit my comment /actions on them as there were been used as evidence against me but I was told that there unavailable. Can there visit reports then still be used...
I have found my request of training needs email with date and time. So proves I asked before cip. So i didn't get training and cip was set around objectives based on them so of course I'm going to fail. I have also not been involved in the recruitment/interviews for my last 2 deputys I had no say input nothing. Constently been judged criticised I'm always made aware of my job is on the line. Even yelled at for using capital letters in an email.
The only thing that's different these last 2yrs. I have a new manager.

Re: I need to face facts. I'm been pushed out

Hi. A CIP is a capability improvent plan which I will have set objectives to achieve and be signed off as passed. I was placed on this as a recommendation after a disaplinary so CIP will cover policys/procedues etc and other things that I'm to or how I do certain things. (I improved on all the reasons I was but on this cip= 2 passed. but the remaining 3objectives=failed have been set around the areas I requested training on to which I didn't get. So this went to a CIP hearing which outcome was extend cip. But at the hearing I was basically told I had not requested any training (I did and now have evidence of this). Also I feel the visit reports that were used against me should not be as my own actions and statements are not on them to show/prove what I'm doing and if there as been an issue that as had a impact on achieving objectives. (A issue on my day off to which I feel can not be held against me) . My manager is using things in cip that are not releven to reasons I put on this. Hope this explains this better. Thnx
