    Tupe to new company and now they are advertising my job

    I'm a chef for a college and have recently been tupe to a new company my first day of work with this company will be next week but after looking through there website I have notice they are advert mine and my managers job.
    Are they allowed to do this?
    They have not told us about it at all.
    We have no been given an option to apply for the position even though it is actually already my job.

    Chances are they are simply looking to employ other chef and manager in addition to having you and your manager. Your protected by TUPE regulations, so you can not be dismissed as a direct result of being TUPE over.

    You will need to wait and see how things turn out, but also raise this question with the new employer!
