  • Employment rights & TUPE advertising my job

Hi I'm new to this but basically,
I have recently been tupe over to a new company after working for the previous company as a chef for the past 6 years today I went on there website and noticed mine and my managers job is advertised on there website.
I work in a college and return to work next week which mean I have no physically work for them yet.
Are they allow to advertise are jobs with out telling us?
Also the job advertised is our job roles into one position we have not been made aware of this or given a chance to apply I only found this out because I was looking at there website.
Any help and advice would be great.
