Hi all,
I have found out today in a formal meeting with HR that a email has been sent to HR saying I was drunk at work on the weekend overtime. Now to explain l had been drinking friday but was certainly not drunk at work. They said l smelt of drink, had red eye and was using forklift under the influence. Now l believe l know the person as she has made it clear she has a personal hate for me and any opportunity she gets she would get me fired. Is there anyway l can request to know who sent the email to then stop the investigation due to it being a personal attack ??
They have a list of people I worked with and have said all will be interviewed and asked
