Can i be forced to work weekends (unpaid) if i already do a 55hr week on salary???
Basically, i work a minimum of 40hrs per week mon-fri but most of the time 55hrs 7am-6pm.
My contract (2010) states "your hours of work are determined by the seasonal requirements of the business but at a minimum of 40hrs"
There's no mention of days.
I signed the contract 5yrs ago but never returned it...have both copies here still
Where do i stand?
