    Hello

Firstly this seems a very good site and so far impressed with the help I have had with it. I have an ET in a weeks time and the respondents lawyers have now asked me to submit to them every single job I have applied for between dismissal and the hearing. I sent them a copy of the Universal Job search where you have to record all jobs you have applied for to claim unemployment benefit. They now want all my tailored CVs job applications details of agencies etc etc. Most of the jobs I applied directly on companies websites and buried in my e mails might be replies I have got from them. DO i really have to supply them with all this information and at such a late stage?

    Thanks

    Hi welcome to LB.
To be able to advise we will need a more explicit picture of what has happened.
