    Lieu of Notice - Claim from Administrators

    Hi All,

    I'm about to be made redundant and wont receive my full pay in lieu of notice from the National Insurance Fund due to how its capped (Or redundancy for that matter). Can I claim lieu of notice from the Administrators, as I'm farily confident they will have sufficient funds to make a payment (i know this is unusual) - Also where would the payment sit within the creditors payout by the Administrators
