My husband, who is a skilled worker, has been stuck on the same wages for 8 years.
Every year he and other members of staff approach their boss to ask him for a payrise due to the costs of living, etc etc.
His boss has repeatedly refuse to increase wages.
My husband gets nothing for christmas either i.e no bonus, and the employer doesn't supply him with clothing.
It also states in his contract "overtime as and when required".
Is this legal for him to repetedly to refuse his staff payrises bearing in mind the costs of living going up!?
I know they are a small firm, but it brings in quite a lot of money and the boss sits in a house worth well over £1million!!
