Hi,
My employer is wanting to change our shift pattern at work without any consultation - they seem to think that it is ok to give 2 weeks notice by email with our new shift pattern !!!
The only thing in our contract is a variation clause which states "*** reserves the right to make reasonable changes to any of your terms and conditions of employment and will notify you in writing of such changes"
I thought under a variation clause that just stating "ANY" was not suitable and that they should list the parts of the contract that they can change e.g.: hours of work etc...
Any advice greatly appreciated
Regards
