I do not know the relationship between minor offences in Scotland and disclosures in England but if you commit even a minor ticket (PND) offence in England and Wales (Giving a 'V' sign to a street CCTV, Urinating behind a bush, or belching in the street) it can, and often is disclosed on an enhanced level CRB / DBS required if you are or may work with children in an employed or voluntary capacity. Your 'police record' will last for life. In this we are the most extreme nation in the EC but continental employers are not allowed to take note of such trivia.
