I'm sorry to ask so many questions but I have another and I apologise in advance if it sounds daft.
In regards to your sick note, does the end date of the sick note for medical leave encompass that date? For example, if your sick note ran out on the 24/11 of this year, does that include the 24/11 or not? I have emailed my work because I can't get a fit note until my other one runs out and I am not going to return to work until I have been cleared by my GP to do so since I don't want to, obviously, want to do anything that will go against all the good work that went into the operations I had earlier in the year.
